Our mission is to conduct research that gathers qualitative data on the impact of reframing equity narratives, shifting from a focus on moral obligation to one that innovates the narrative by emphasizing the strength of diversification. This approach may reposition the conversation from diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to diversity, equity, and innovation (DEI), underscoring how diverse perspectives drive progress.

Ample data supports the claim that diversification is a strength. A clear example is the role of diversification in investment portfolios, where the strength of any sound portfolio lies in a diverse mix of assets. This same principle can be applied to people: diversity strengthens teams and organizations in measurable ways. Shifting the conversation away from moral obligation and toward strategic value invites a practical focus on the tangible benefits of diversification. This raises the question: who truly benefits from framing diversity as merely a moral responsibility?
